Spenn X Contest Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Spenn X, where extraordinary experiences await! By participating in the Spenn X contest, organized by Spenn Group AS (hereinafter referred to as "The Organizer"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Contest Overview

Spenn X offers participants the chance to win unforgettable experiences, from inspiring trips to exclusive events, designed to create lasting memories.

2. Eligibility

  • The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older, residing in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Finland.
  • Applicants must hold a valid Strawberry and Norwegian Membership.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Employees of Spenn Group AS, affiliated partners, or consultants directly involved in the contest are not eligible to win prizes.

3. Contest Period

The Spenn X contest runs from 05/12/2024 to 30/01/2025. Specific deadlines for individual prize entries will be announced during the contest.

4. How to Enter

  • Participants must download and register for the Spenn app to join the contest.
  • Entry is free and does not require any purchases.
  • Contest mechanics, including prize details, tasks, and timelines, will be communicated within the app and/or via email.

5. Prizes

  • Spenn X prizes include extraordinary experiences, such as trips, events, and activities.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Prizes provided by partners are fulfilled directly by those partners. By accepting such prizes, participants consent to sharing necessary information (e.g., name, email) with the partner for prize distribution.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners are selected based on contest criteria, such as completing in-app challenges or tasks.
  • The Organizer’s decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding.
  • Winners will be notified via email or through the Spenn app within 10 business days of the draw or selection.

7. Participant Responsibilities

By entering Spenn X, participants agree to the following:

  • Ensure the accuracy of the personal information provided during registration.
  • Use a single account to participate—multiple accounts or attempts to cheat will result in disqualification.
  • Accept that The Organizer may use their first name, location, and likeness in promotional materials related to Spenn X.

8. Conditions for Prize Claiming

  • Winners must have an active Spenn account to claim their prize.
  • Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the winner notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays caused by factors beyond its control.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.

10. Privacy

  • Participant data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian data protection laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in Spenn X will be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law.
